• Lillian shook her head softly, tears didn’t stop trailing down her cheeks, “I suffered Shane, I went through a lot, and do you know who was responsible for it? Do you know who caused me so much misery?”
• Shane opened his mouth to speak, his heart telling him who she wants him to say but his mind rejecting it all around, before his words could come out, he heard his front door opening and along came the voice of someone, “Shane? Are you home?”
• He was shocked, what was his mother doing in New York and in his house? It wasn’t long, there was a knock on the bedroom door, “Shane, I want to speak with you.”
