• My name is Shana, the words repeated in Shane’s mind and he had a flashback of yesterday, the little black haired girl with sparkling gray eyes. Hi, I’m Shana, Shana, does that mean she was the one who sent these messages? He looked at the third message again, what do you say about we meet and get to know each other better? They meet, does he want to meet her? Hell, he does, but why is she contacting him? How did she get his number? Lillian couldn’t be the one to give her his number in order to keep him distracted from the company right?
• He groaned and cursed himself internally, why must he think so bad of her? He stared at the three messages in his phone, the little girl’s face flashing in his mind. She is Uncle Robert’s daughter, he remembered the old man, how he had treated him when he was a little boy, the man has never done anything bad to him and had even gotten into a fight with his mom because of him, and he loves him, he was like his second father. He was his godfather after all.
• The vibration of his phone brought him back to reality and he saw that the unknown number had sent him new messages.
