• My eyes followed him eagerly as he got up to pay the bill. Now that I thought about it, this was our first date—and that simple thought made me smile like an idiot. I waved goodbye to Diana, and before we even stepped out of the place, William took my hand, and we walked to the car hand in hand. I was honestly stunned by how fast things were moving between us.
