• The moon hung high in the night sky, casting pale silver light over the dense forest. Shadows danced between the towering trees as the wind whispered through the leaves. My silk gown clung to my form, the fabric rustling with every slow, deliberate step I took. A delicate hood covered my head, concealing my identity in the eerie darkness.
• Beneath the hood, my long black hair spilled over my shoulders, shielding my face like a veil. A silver dagger, engraved with ancient runes, was secured at my waist. The weight of it was a comforting presence against my hip.
