Chapter 34 Shattered Glass

• The very next day, we packed our bags and headed straight to the airport. Roselyn’s aunt drove us there personally, and she let me know it would be a great pleasure to have me back at her house in the next vacation season. I had a great time listening to her stories, joining her for exhausting sessions at the tennis court, and baking homemade bread. However, I had the feeling I probably wouldn’t be returning any time soon.
• Roselyn looked uneasy too, but she refused to talk about it until we were alone at the airport. Apparently, the tension with Brent and Robert Perry was even more complicated than it seemed.
