Chapter 10

• I cock the gun and left to his forehead. 
• “I’m not that scared 13 years old anymore, Colin. If you touch me again, I will put a bullet through you. I suggest you take your wife, leave and never come find me again.” He takes a step towards me, but I don't falter. He stops when he realizes I'm serious. We stare at each other for a moment. The sound of the toilet flushing pulls me out of my trance. I shove the gun back in my purse as the door opens, and Kelly enters the room. 
• “Ok, honey, let’s go.” He nods and turns to leave.
