Chapter 10 I Am Not Your Puppet

• My body was stiff, each one of my bones reminding me of the call from earlier. My eyes fluttered as I looked up at my ceilings. I turned in my bed for what felt like the hundredth time trying to get some sleep but nothing was working.
• All I could think about was Benjamin Gustavo. His threats echoed in my mind. Was he really Oliver's son? And why, just why did Oliver give me his shares and properties when he had a son of himself. Was Oliver up to something? Did he approach me from the very beginning with a different plan in mind?
