- It's been days since the night I left Leonardo's estate and wandered into Marco's territory.
- This morning, I woke up slowly with my head pounding and my mouth dry while chains bit into my wrists and the cold wet floor pressed hard against my back. Days blended together in the dark basement where no light came through the walls and no sounds from outside reached me so I lost track of time completely.
