• Brohan stayed in the Alpha’s office after Dorothy left. As Alpha Mateo returned to his chair, his gaze nearly burned a hole in Brohan’s head. He was annoyed that his son could not even talk civilly to her new mate.
• He settled back into his chair and narrowed his eyes on his son, “Was it necessary to roar on your mate? She is new to the pack; it is your responsibility to explain everything to her. Now, if you cannot spare enough time to explain to her all the Luna duties she needs to handle once you take over the position of the head alpha, then you are out of place to stop her from going to your mother to seek guidance,” the older alpha sneered at his son.
