Chapter 19 They Got Him

• Ivan Andreev, Yuri’s dad, was pacing in his living room. It had been over a week since Yuri had gone with George to the forest for a run. He knew that his son was old enough to take care of himself, but the place was still unfamiliar to him. He had never let him go for a run alone before.
• He tried calling Yuri’s number. It rang for the first three days, but he did not pick up any of his calls. Now, the phone has already been switched off. He wrinkled his brows and pinched the skin under his throat, trying to divert his attention to the growing unrest in his heart. The doorbell rang just as he was about to call Yuri’s number again.
