• Ivan exited the packhouse with Caster and Vera in tow. It has been twenty-three years, the more he looked around, the more he realized that the current state of the Golden Summit Pack is no longer the same pack he used to call home.
• The packhouse remained the same, but some structures nearby had been renovated, others demolished, and new establishments had been built. Technology overtook some of the functions that warriors used to do manually. And most of all, he doesn’t recognize anyone he knew from the past.
