Chapter 72 Finals

• I didn't know what was worse, the fact that my head was killing me each passing second or the angel that survived beside me talking endlessly on his phone. He still had a pink cast wrapped around his shoulder, much to his dismay about it ruining his masculinity, and they let him out when he recovered in these three days.
• That gnawing feeling inside of me when it came down to the investigation and the fact that I killed someone kept aching to intensify my fear and I felt agonized once again. It was like I couldn't ever be happy without my thoughts ruining it.
• "Yeah," Levy sighed when he replied to his dad as his fingers swept his hair out of his eyes, the left scar showing, "I get it, dad, no more going without you," he rolled his eyes and fake gagged in front of me making me laugh in response.
