Chapter 9 Violation

• I had imagined so many things in life: happiness, graduation, a small family filled with devotion. But where was I? in an elevator with the man that threatened me with the video that revolved about us in action. He would know everything we talked about and I was tongue-tied; helpless and void.
• Crying out loud to an insensitive man didn't seem like an option to me since he was so adamant about ordering me around for his benefit to killing my boyfriend. The first thing I told him was a solid 'no' and the only thing he responded was to dangle the tape in his hand with a knowing smirk.
• "Why would you want to kill your partner?" I asked breathlessly. I had expected the brothers to be smart but I hadn't known that they would be that intelligent to create such an evil plan like this. My hands shook in fists on my sides as I stood near the man, wanting to punch him but his eyes were like a hawk, beaming through me.
