Chapter 35 Encouragement

• There was always the ambition of being someone great out there, a source of inspiration to other people, someone who could make a difference in life. People always wanted what they couldn't have when they repeated "I couldn't do it" over and over in their heads. Replacing the "couldn't" with "could" was easier said than done.
• "Babe, my muscles are really sore," I grumbled for the millionth time to my patient boyfriend. I could feel my arms protesting at the weights I had to carry to achieve a goal of twelve sets and two repetitions for each set.
• "No backing out, princess," he opposed as he continued to lift my arms up and down, with each lift, my elbow ached due to my lack of the previous exercise but my physique qualities were good enough to the extent where I could eat everything and not gain an ounce of fat.
