Chapter 39 Hold The Line
- The SUV rolled through the lonely stretch of road, the engine a low growl in the night. For twenty minutes, no one spoke; each man lost in his thoughts, each one preparing himself for what was coming. The forest on either side grew denser, swallowing moonlight, until Bryan finally raised a hand.
- “Stop here.”
