- It was familiar. The look, the way my heart escalates whenever I feel his eyes on me. The way my legs goes weak at his mere presence. I know it's undeniable avoidable. Silence prevailed as soon as he entered the lecture theater. All of a sudden, I felt bitterness at the pit of my tongue. I needed something to occupy my taste buds. And Blake is nowhere to he found.
- He burned me down with his gaze. Something in me is telling me to excuse myself and leave the class and some part of me is disagreeing. If I choose the former and leave the class, it will give him the satisfaction that I'm afraid to face him. I can't let him have that.
