• After Adrien leaves the room, I find myself lost in thought, trying to process the situation I just experienced. I know there are many things to clarify between us, but I don't feel ready to face that conversation. Will's message, on the other hand, doesn't contain anything compromising, although now Adrien is aware that he is in town at this moment.
• As time goes by, I realize I need to gather the courage to tell Adrien the whole truth, even though I'm scared of what his reaction might be. I also know that it's necessary to clear things up with Will before I address the topic with him. I admit I'm not very excited about seeing him, but I understand that I can't postpone it for too long. I couldn't just tell Adrien that I saw Will last night, let alone reveal that I spent the night with him. I needed to find the right approach to bring up the subject without hurting Adrien's feelings or putting myself in a bad situation.
• I make my way to the kitchen with slow but determined steps, looking for the opportunity to talk to Adrien. I find him sitting on one of the stools at the breakfast bar, his face calm, showing no signs of anger or annoyance at what he just read on my phone a few minutes ago. I look up at him, noticing how he averts his gaze as he takes a sip from the drink in his hands. The silence stretches on as I continue to struggle internally, trying to find a way to address this topic.
