• "Okay," she replied and watched him start the vehicle engine once more. He then drove ahead to a fancy restaurant in town to go on a date with her.
• It wasn't Miranda's first time going on a dinner date with Larry; however, she kept thinking about Derrick—how he looked now, how he smiled at her, and how he spoke about her becoming his wife. He didn't say she was going to be his wife; he called her his wife, and she blushed just thinking about him.
