Chapter 24
- After Derrick went into his bedroom, he went to have his bath. As he walked out and wore his evening robe, preparing to go downstairs for dinner with his mother, Derrick decided to phone Alexa and check if her phone was at least reachable.
- "Hello," Derrick said as soon as the phone call connected.
- "Hi, good evening, sir," Alexa replied, and Derrick questioned her, "Do you know who is speaking?"
