• Those words hit me like a pure, soft moonlight, breaking through the fog and shining deep into the darkest corners of my heart - corners I dared not even face myself.
• I couldn't help but hold my breath and stared at the cell phone screen without blinking. My eyes burned hotter and hotter while a warm liquid gathered uncontrollably and flowed down my cheeks.
