Chapter 36

• It was finally the weekend and that meant more rest for Chlöe. She wasn't going to perform at the club that Saturday and she also wasn't going to be making coffee for Mr Lorenzo. It would just be her in her little apartment… probably sleeping until it's noon before she decides to eat something to energize herself before going to sleep.
• The last week had been really stressful for Chlöe with it's ups and downs and unexpected turns like getting used to working for the mighty Lorenzo Salvatore as his coffee girl, keeping shifts at the Piccolo Mono Disco and keeping her performance top notch no matter what so she'll be madam Lucy's favorite and she still had to act oblivious when doing her private performance with Mr Lorenzo because she couldn't slip and let him know she's his coffee girl. She was sure she'll lose her job and that will only be the beginning of her life getting jeopardized.
• Her alarm began to buzz from her phone and she groaned while wrapping herself up with her blanket the more. She blindly reached for her phone on her bedside table and turned off the alarm then went back to sleep with a groan… if she had known her alarm was on since the previous night, she would have turned it off because she didn't want any disturbance while sleeping. Not this weekend when she had to regain her energy back for the new week to come.
