Chapter 40

Chlöe struggled to find her key in the darkness and pulled it out from her purse then unlocked the door to her apartment and went in. She locked the door before she switched on the lights and kicked off her shoes then went straight for the room and pulled off her clothes, took a long and hot shower before she wore her nightdress and laid on the bed.
She wasn't hungry for dinner and even if she was, she didn't have the appetite. She just felt empty and she knew why, it was because Mr Lorenzo didn't come to the club for her private performance that night and it was the first time he was missing a private performance with her… it felt weird.
The last time they met as stripper and customer, he had walked out abruptly in the middle of the session and this time, he didn't even come.
