Chapter 73

• Sofia was lining up the ingredient for dinner when she noticed she was out of most. She’d opted to go grocery shopping but she didn’t for two reasons. One; she hated doing groceries alone and secondly she didn’t want Chlöe to come in her absence. Her apartment used a facial identification lock so there was no way Chlöe would enter her apartment if she wasn’t at home. So she decided to call Chlöe and inform her of the changes in their plan. Chlöe picked at the third ring.
• “Hey B, what's up? I’m having a rain check on our plans, do you mind meeting me at the store for a quick shopping?”
• “Why? What are we buying?”
