Chapter 38

Her phone alarm blared and she groaned like she always did before she took her hand out of the blanket and grabbed her phone beside her on the bedside table. She turned off the alarm and pulled her blanket off her body before she looked at her phone screen to check the time… it read 7:34am, she still had time. She knew she was going to be really early that day.
She moved to the bedside and she groaned from a headache that she suddenly got. She palmed her head and hissed from the pain she was feeling around her eyes and in her forehead and she knew she had to take medication immediately… preferably, Aspirin. It always helped.
She got down from her bed and went to her first aid box to get the pills then went to the kitchen and fetched a glass of water to push the pills down when she swallowed.
