Chapter 28 Wolf's Care
- Mei’s pov
- Most pregnant females I’ve encountered in the pack have always complained about how horrible it was that they couldn’t shift when they were pregnant. I hadn’t really understood the suffocating feeling that would be like because I’ve literally never been unable to shift before. I was five months gone and I looked almost grotesque at least to me. Kinda like Bella in twilight. Liang said it wasn’t trues but I call bs. I wasn’t as skinny as she was that’s for sure but the size of my belly was humongous so much that I couldn’t even see my feet anymore. Back ache was a real problem and stretch marks was another. The fact that I felt like shifting would make it better was a surplus not that my wolf would even agree to come out. She wasn’t hounding me understanding that we were carrying out cub so there was that.
- I was running track in the gym room when a sharp pain radiated from my side down to my ankles. I stop and manage to sit down on a nearby chair while practicing the deep breaths the doctor had thought me on my last visit to him.
