Chapter 42

• Aiden was already waiting outside. We'll be heading to the hospital to see his mother. I made something for her, or maybe I should say he made something for his mother, but it was my idea. I'm not good at cooking, so he had to do it. I wouldn't want to give her food poisoning. Just joking.
• I got inside the car. "Are we late yet?" I asked, and he shook his head. "No."
• He started the car, and off we went to the hospital. It's going to be a long ride, and I'm here for it. We used his new car instead. The AC was on, and the music was loud. I just love to feel alive. It was really fun, actually. I kept singing at the top of my voice. To top it all off, I was a bad singer at that. Aiden was only laughing at me. It's so funny if you ask me.
