• Skyler drove like a madman, disregarding the blaring horns of the commuters he overtook in his haste. He had only one thing on his mind: to get to the hospital where his other son was.
• He thought it would just be a fight when he followed Adreianne to Mhia's flower shop earlier. He didn't know he would discover so much more. It felt like his heart was going to explode with the mixture of emotions he was experiencing. All this time, Adreianne had been hiding a big secret from him. He didn't need to wonder anymore why she had been frequently going out these past few months. If one of their children was in the hospital, chances are, that's where she would be.
