• “Oh my, why didn’t you tell me you were coming here?” Mhia’s grandmother asked after releasing Skyler from her embrace.
• She shifted her gaze between them. “Er-Er?” she asked, looking at her grandmother.
• “Mhia, dear, you’ve already met Er-Er. He’s the grandson of my late friend. The one who owns the lot on the other side of the farm. The one with the big acacia tree. Do you remember?” Excitement was evident in her voice as she spoke.
