• Ella sat by the window for a long while, wrapping her arms around herself as she was dressed in a huge pink sweater. She was watching the leaves sway gently under the evening soft breeze. The house felt calmer now, though she knew the peace was fragile and temporary. It had been over twenty four hours since Chase and Ethan left the house.
