Chapter 28

Amelia returned home with Hailey. She wanted to text Sebastian but changed her mind and wanted him to work and not worry about her. Hailey asked if she could stay the night because she was too startled to go home and spend the night alone, knowing fully well that her stalker would be watching her and what happened at the shop gave her a little scare.
Amelia said it was okay, showed her to the guest room and gave her a change of clothes. After taking a shower and changing, she picked up her phone and called her neighbor informing her that she wouldn't be home that night.
“You're not coming home tonight?"
