Chapter 116

• The drive back to the city was quiet, both Hailey and Leandro were lost in their thoughts, Leandro driving while Hailey looked out the window blushing from embarrassment and the thoughts of what happened that morning. Before they checked out of the motel that morning, they were happily chatting well mostly Hailey when Leandro leaned in and kissed her, catching her off guard as if it were a natural thing to do, normally she would have pushed him away but instead, she pulled him closer to her and kissed him, the kiss was deep and a bit hungrily.
• “Why are you so stupid Hailey? Why did I have to pull him back for a kiss? I should have just pushed him away or something, you're so stupid, Hailey." She thought, gently hitting her head on the window so Leandro wouldn't notice.
• “What are you staring at outside or what are you thinking about so intensely that's making you bang your head on the glass window?” Leandro asked, staring at her.
