Chapter 140

• Amelia woke up to the sound of children laughing and that of adults too. She recognized some of the laughter but she didn't recognize the rest. She cleared her eyes and stretched her body; her hand touched something soft but thick, like hair. She snapped her eyes open and saw Sebastian staring at her. There wasn't any expression on her face, and no one was inside the truck as well, making her snap fully awake and look around the truck.
• She opened her mouth and was about to say something when Sebastian stopped her. “I brought you inside after you fell asleep while reading your book." He said with a plain expression.
• Amelia's face turned to make an " O” expression, and she lowered her head. " Thanks.” She said, getting up and stretching her body again.
