Chapter 40 Attending A Ball

• “Come on, you need to start getting ready.” Liam urges slapping my butt and I roll my eyes and laugh.
• I’ve been the one telling him that we needed to get ready for the past one hour but he just wouldn’t let me go. We are attending a sort of dinner ball tonight with a lot of important guests in the business world, a lot of multi millionaires and billionaires and Liam was obviously invited and he asked me to be his plus one. At first I didn’t want to because I’d rather be at home sleeping but he was pretty convincing when he asked me so I just had to give in.
• “I can’t wait to see your look for the ball.”
