Chapter 20 The Next Morning

• The next morning I wake up to Liam’s arms around me. After we had dinner we talked for a while but then he had to work on some things and I had to study. When it was time to sleep he initially wanted to sleep on the chair while resting his head on the table but I convinced him it will be better for him to sleep on the bed since all my body usually hurt the time I sleep like that. It was awkward at first having a guy on my bed. I’ve shared a bed with Logan and Jason before but this one is different since I have feelings for him. We faced opposite directions at first but later he asked if we could cuddle and I gladly said yes. I like being in his arms and loved how he was stroking my hair till I fell asleep.
• I check the time on my phone and it’s just seven. I have just three classes today and they start by eleven. I doubt if I will be able to go to class today with this ankle pain so I guess it’s another lazy day for me. I slowly slip from his arms and go to the bathroom to start my morning ritual. After managing to brush and bathe I quickly dress up in the bathroom putting on a white teeshirt and cream shorts.
• Opening the door to my room I could see Liam rolling and tossing on the bed muttering some words that I couldn’t hear. It sounded like he was calling out for someone. Walking to the bed I hear him mumble, “please don’t leave me, don’t leave us.” I wonder if he lost a family member or he was begging his ex girlfriend not to leave him, I’ll just stick to the former.
