• Since the announcement of his upcoming marriage to Olivia a few weeks ago, this was the first time Tristan had gathered again with his friends. Of course, Edward was conspicuously absent. He continued his silent protest regarding his accusation that Tristan had certain plans, leading to a hurried marriage with a woman he once liked.
• "I hope you'll help me give this invitation to Edward, Nick," Tristan requested, handing over the wedding invitation adorned with a golden ribbon.
• Nicholas nodded, taking the invitation and placing it into the backpack he had brought along for his sports gear.
