• "Edward, I beg your forgiveness?"
• Tristan stared at Edward, who was now enjoying the freshly served caramel macchiato. The deep annoyance was clearly painted on his chocolate eyes. Tristan even held his breath for a moment waiting for a response from the man who had long been his friend.
• Before deciding to head home, Tristan mustered the courage to contact Edward. In a brief message, he pleaded for the man to meet him briefly at a cafe, their usual spot before they began to argue.
