- Rafael sat in the corner of Luca’s dimly lit apartment, his arms crossed tightly over his chest. The air was thick with tension, and the faint hum of the refrigerator was the only sound as Luca paced the room. His usual calm, confident demeanor was gone, replaced by an uncharacteristic edge of unease.
- “You need to tell me everything,” Rafael said, his voice low and firm. “No more holding back.”
