Chapter 38 Danger, Sudden Attack

• Philip's heart skipped a beat as a bullet grazed past him. If not for the instinctual movement that he had made before the man shot, he would have actually been shot in the chest.
• As he thought about how he would have been injured, possibly killed considering that that bullet nearly got his heart, Philip was incensed. He had not done anything to the other party, but they wanted to kill him?
• As he thought about that, he immediately took out the gun that was at his waist, wanting to kill this guy. But just as he had taken out the gun, a lightning bolt suddenly descended, turning the police into a charred corpse.
