- Due to the destruction of all the infrastructure within the city, there were no longer any buildings within the city, apart from within Crystal city, the newly constructed city within the previous Bato City.
- Outside Crystal City, there were many zombies roaming around, and so were humans.
- Most of the humans were not mutants before the second phase of the apocalypse started.
