• Blake sat beside me. He claimed it was because he loved my company but I knew it was because he wanted to make sure I didn’t write anything that gave away our location. He didn’t fully trust me yet and I couldn’t blame him but I was a lot smarter than he gave me credit for and I had a plan. I just hoped that Kaden would be able to understand everything that I had written.
• “Can you read it out?” I asked Blake. “I want to make sure that it is direct enough and that he understands everything.”
