• If there was one thing that I knew for certain, it was that I hated Amelia. I couldn’t understand how Kaden could leave someone like me for someone like her. I was perfect in every way that mattered and she looked like a child. When I got the picture of them on their romantic date, I thought it was photoshopped but I got the rude awakening that it wasn’t. They were smiling and he was looking at her in a way that he never looked at me.
• I kept telling myself it was an accident and I was determined to keep my cool until I saw Kaden personally after school but seeing her in the cafeteria lapping up all that attention did something to me and I couldn’t stop myself from going over to her and putting her in her place.I wanted to make her feel a fraction of the embarrassmentthat I felt when I saw those pictures and when she spoke back, I was determined to make sure that I ruined her life.
