• Blake kept a close eye on me while I ate. He walked towards the kitchen to give me a semblance of space but even I knew to take that with a grain of salt. I had already eaten most of the food and so far, nothing had happened so it was safe to say that it wasn’t poisoned.
• My wolf was already rousing and she had regained very little of her strength but I could feel her going around in my mind. She was just as antsy as I was about the situation.
