Chapter 87 Jonathan Has Amnesia

• Jonathan looked utterly confused before he frowned slightly at the little girl clinging to his chest. Then, he grabbed her pigtail and pulled her away from him, saying, “Call me Jonathan. Why would you call me Daddy, anyway? You’d scare the ladies away from an unmarried young man like me by doing that.” He frowned with a hint of displeasure, but the slightly upturned corner of his mouth showed that he was in a pretty good mood at this point.
• Finally, he spotted someone he knew among all the unfamiliar faces in the house. He jumped to his feet from the mattress, but as he got up too quickly, he felt light-headed and nearly fell over. Luckily, James quickly supported him.
• Jonathan stretched out his hand and pointed at himself with a look of disgust. “Why am I here, James? Did you invest in a new drama? And what sort of lousy character am I supposed to play in it? This filming set is so shabby. Also, what the hell’s going on with my clothes? They’re dirty, and they reek of herbs.”
