• A hard bang knocked me out of my very peaceful sleep, and I found myself jumping out of my bed from its intensity. I stood at the corner of the room I was in, looking around, trying to make sense of where I was.
• The heavy knocking continued from outside, making it very hard for me to think critically. In no time, baby cries filled the room, and I had to snap my head in the direction of the cries to see a cot and a baby flailing his arms while crying.
