• Sarah stared down at her birthday cake with glee etched on her face. Her eyes were bright happy balls as she took in the beautiful design of the cake. The baker at the pack house had done it and I had no doubt this was the best cake she had ever received in her life.
• The cake and our presence here had come as a surprise and I was glad that I was able to pull this off. Sonia tapped my arm and flashed me a pleased smile. She had done most of the running around, helping me so that the entire process was a success.
