• I may have underrated Ethan and his entire team. The swift manner in which he had taken over my dad's pack house had to be studied. I could not tell if it was because my dad allowed that to happen or because our guards were generally unpar with him.
• One thing was clear; he had taken charge of the pack house and was clearing the way to the bunker. My mom had stared at me as though I was the worst betrayer on the surface of the earth but I didn't allow that to get to me. She never had the balls to stand up to my dad and I was tired of having everything go wrong under him.
