• I was still so skeptical about working with Adrian. There was something honest about him, but I have been dealt with a lot to never let my guard down. He had tried to betray Maddie once, there was no guarantee that he would not try to betray us now.
• This could be a plot for him to easily deliver us to his dad, but I was too desperate to even boot him out of my place. I was however going to use him as collateral just in case his dad tries to harm us.
