• Abby’s POV
• The wheels in my head automatically begin turning trying to comprehend Thomas’s last statement. ‘” His associate has already wormed herself into his circle.” The only person who comes to mind is Jose’s whore. But that doesn’t make sense because according to Jose’s family she is in love with my husband. So, why would she want to jeopardize Jose’s position with the families. He is her meal ticket. Unless she is just lying about being in love with him. What about her daughter though. I wonder if that baby really is Jose’s child, or is Sarah being untruthful about who the father really is. That is the only person that I can think of right off the bat. Especially since she called him and said someone tried to shoot her. Jose will never see Sarah coming for him. He thinks that she is loyal to him. I have to get this idiot to keep talking.’ With my mind made up I begin quizzing Thomas on his accomplice.
• “Again, I am sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but if you are referring to Sarah then your plan is going to fail. Will she not only get herself killed, but also the life of your baby. The two of you really don’t give Jose enough credit. He is way smarter than this scheme you have thought of. Trust me I am not the biggest fan of my husband’s. If I could I would run so far away from him and this life with my children, but I can’t. What I can do is give you some advice and hopefully you will heed my warning. Jose already knows about Sarah. Why do you think that he brought her into our home? So, she would make a move. He doesn’t know who she is working with, or the reason for her betrayal. That is the reason he started pushing her away a couple of months ago. I over heard him speaking with his father about his suspicions. So, if you care anything about Sarah and the baby, she is carrying then you will get in touch with her and call this whole plan off. Or at least the part that involves her. The only reason why I am even telling you this is because of the innocent human being trapped in her womb. As far as that bitch goes, I would rather see her suffer for all the cruel things that she has not only done to me, but a lot of other people.
