Chapter 47

• Abby’s POV
• It has been three months since Jose has come back home. He hasn’t left the house no more then he has had to. In this time frame he has been working from home. The influx in visitors has increased. He has taken almost all of his meetings in his office here at the house. Every night he sleeps with me in the guest room upstairs, and every morning he makes sure that my attire for the day is appropriate. I won’t even lie and try to deny how good he has made me feel. I never knew how possessive he could be. Jose hasn’t failed to introduce me to each guest that passes through. I’m still not allowed to have a conversation with no one unless he is beside me. Plus, he really doesn’t like any of his men or business associates to stare at me to long.
• With each day that comes and goes my belly seems to get bigger and bigger. Thankfully we are in the count down for my delivery date. I am due in one week. Which makes me so very happy. I am so tired of being pregnant. My whole-body hurts, my legs and feet swell, and I am a moody bitch. I would have thought that Jose would have packed up and left by now. It’s to my amazement that he is sticking around. When ever I bring up the subject of him disappearing again, he just kisses me and reassures me that he isn’t going anywhere. I have even pushed every button of his trying to piss him off, and the only thing he does is just walk out of the room.
