• As I am standing here talking with Sofia, Selena, and my mother I feel a presence behind me. I peek over my shoulder to find Jose. “Come wife let’s dance.” Noting that this wasn’t a request, more of a demand. So, I nob my head and slip my hand in his. He leads us out to the dance floor. He pulls me right up against him, well as far as I can get considering my belly. He wraps his arms around my waist while I wrap mine around his neck. We begin to sway back and forth. I could almost get lost in the moment. That is until I take in my surroundings and notice Stacey watching us like a hawk. I clear my throat and try to put some space between us. But Jose isn’t allowing it. “Don’t you dare pull away from me. Have you already forgotten your place wife. If you keep up this attitude then I will have no other choice, but to bend you over this table and punish that sweet ass of yours. You will not ruin this night for me. Now care to explain what your problem is?”
